- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I love this shop! When ever we go to Oamaru we make sure we have at least 2 hours to pour over the amazing range of books. Every time I go I find something special, one day it was a book from 1898 and another time it was a contempary atuobiography. The shop is like a lot of Oamaru and gives the Victorian experience. The staff are helpful and dont mind if you want to read books or stay for ages. It is the finishing touch to get your purchases wrapped in paper and string. A must see.
